Who loves brunch? Me me me.
My favourite weekends consist of researching new brunch places, getting in the car and discovering new fabulous hot cakes.
In this blog post, I’ve listed some of my favourite brunch places to go to in Melbourne. This isn’t just the ones that look the prettiest but their food is also incredible too.
1. Top Paddock
I know them for their pretty insane hotcakes (as featured in the photo above) they also have a variety of breakfast options to suit everyone. I don’t think I’ve been to Top Paddock without having to wait for a table so make sure you’ve got time on your side. There’s street parking available on Church Street in Richmond and you have the option to admire the decor inside or out 🙂
Address: 658 Church St, Richmond VIC 3121
2. Higher Ground
Having recently opened higher ground is always busy but it’s a great brunch spot if you’re in Melbourne CBD. It’s located on Little Bourke Street not too far from the shops, how handy 😉 Parking can be difficult into the city so your best bet is to grab a tram or to work your way to Southern Cross station.
Address: 650 Little Bourke St, Melbourne VIC 3000
3. Hurricane Handsome
We were taken here by some friends of ours and oh my, the food was amazing. It’s not far from the beach in Port Melbourne so it’s perfect if you want to make a day by the beach, stroke random people’s dogs and grab a bite to eat. Who wouldn’t want to do that? My boyfriend always orders the waffles which looks incredible, however, I’m not a huge fan of ice cream so I try not to eat too much of his food. The orange juice in place is also 10/10.
Address: 329-331 Bay St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207
